[담당직무]
-Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
-Manage a team of marketing analysts and drive productivity from thee
-Drive success for digital marketing efforts through all web, SEO/SEM (Naver, Google), marketing database, email, social media
and display advertising campaigns.
-Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
-Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end consumer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
-Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
-Identify customer needs in different lifecycle stage through marketing event feedback, online survey, email analysis
and digital search & media.
-Build and maintain strong VIP client (social media influencer) relationship
-Form strong relationships with media and agencies, as well as advertisers

[자격요건]
-3+ years of experience in digital marketing or sales
-Have a passion for the social media industry
-Customer focused and are creative in improving the overall customer experience
-Very strong communication skills with external and internal stakeholders, fluent in English and Korean
-Like to solve complex problems and are able to prioritize between different projects at the same time
-Team player and don’t mind “getting your hands dirty“ to support others
-Passionate about mobile advertising and want to bring our business to the next level
-Think big and have a passion for achievement
